This policy explains how eMedical Platform uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website (emedicalplatform.com) and in the eMedical Platform web application. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels. We use the word “cookies” below to refer to all of these.

Required for the service to work. You cannot opt out of these without breaking the site.

2.2 Preferences
Remember choices like locale and dismissed banners. No tracking.
2.3 Analytics (opt-in where required)
We use privacy-preserving analytics to understand how visitors use our marketing site. Patient data is never sent to analytics.

In regions that require prior consent (EU/UK/CH), non-essential cookies are off until you accept them in the consent banner.
2.4 No advertising cookies
We do not use third-party advertising networks or retargeting pixels. We do not share data with ad platforms.
3. How to control cookies
You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will stop you logging in. In the EU/UK you can adjust your consent choices at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
4. Do Not Track
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required. We do not currently respond to the older browser “Do Not Track” header because there is no consensus standard for interpreting it.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the consent banner and take effect 30 days after posting.
