  • Independent clinics with 1–15 practitioners — physio, chiro, psychology, podiatry, dental, GP and allied-health practices. If your clinic lives inside Jane, Cliniko, SimplePractice or a spreadsheet, we were built for you.

  • Patients (with demographics, tags, history), all past and future appointments, clinical notes (including templates and attachments), invoices and payment status. We verify every row against your source system and send you a diff report before we cut over.

  • Yes. Every PHI table is scoped to your clinic and protected by row-level security in the database. Every read and write is audit-logged with actor and timestamp. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stays in your region (AU/NZ, EU or US), and we sign a BAA before we touch anything sensitive.

  • Yes — both, on the Clinic and Scale plans. Scale includes a dedicated region and custom audit-log retention.

  • We integrate with Doxy.me and Zoom for Healthcare rather than building our own video stack. That way you get a tool that's already HIPAA-certified and battle-tested, linked directly from the appointment.

  • A model trained on booking history (lead time, cancellations, day of week, prior no-shows) surfaces a risk level on each appointment. It's opt-in, runs on a BAA-covered model, and you can see exactly why an appointment was flagged.

  • Nothing, unless you tell us to. We don't ask for a card up-front, so trials simply expire and your login is paused. You get 60 days to reactivate or export everything — no data held hostage.
